The left end of the bellows accumulator is welded with the flange of the hydraulic pipeline interface, the right end of the bellows is welded with the seal ring, and the right side of the seal ring is also provided with a guide ring. Corrugated pipes are installed in the original accumulator shell, which can be deformed after being pressed, absorb the pulsating pressure in the pipeline, ensure that the overall pressure of the pipeline is in a relatively stable state, and extend the service life of the accumulator.
Bellows type accumulator includes: accumulator shell, hydraulic pipeline interface flange, inflation check valve, sealing ring, bellows and guide ring. The left side of the accumulator shell is open, and its left end is fixedly connected with the hydraulic pipeline interface flange; The charging check valve is installed on the right end face of the accumulator housing; A sealing ring is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the battery shell; A corrugated pipe is arranged between the sealing ring and the flange of the hydraulic pipe interface.
When the bellows is not completely compressed, the middle space between the folding parts of the bellows (when the bellows moves in operation, its volume changes accordingly) forms a buffer space as a component of the liquid side, wherein the buffer throttling part is formed between the tip of the folding part and the inner wall of the shell, and the selected gap size between the inner wall of the main body part and the tip of the bellows determines the throttling cross section.
The shoulder part is formed on the transition part between the main part of the shell and the bottom of the tank, and the bellows contacts the shoulder part with a closed part at the pulled out end position. The shoulder is provided with an inclined plane, which extends to the direction of the fluid interface in a conic manner to form an inclined plane. When the sealing ring of the sealing device moves to the end position, the sealing ring passes through the inclined plane and abuts against the sealing surface, and the sealing surface is formed by the cylindrical wall members of the accumulator shell that are staggered radially inward.
Therefore, at the terminal position of the bellows accumulator, the fluid connection between the fluid interface and the interior is blocked, so as long as the bellows is at the terminal position where it is pulled out, the liquid volume in the gap of the interior space is closed. At the working position where the seal ring has left the sealing surface, the fluid connection between the fluid interface and the gap in the internal space is released for normal operation.
The main part of the corrugated pipe accumulator shell has a reduced wall thickness area starting from the thickened wall part adjacent to the welding line, which extends to the area at the bottom of the tank. The area has fibers made of glass fiber materials. The filament wound part extends beyond the welding line to the initial area of the shell part. The fiber wrapping part used to enhance the compressive strength is structurally corresponding to the wrapping part.
