Metal bellows accumulators are advanced technologies available for hydraulic systems, preferably for reducing or smoothing pressure peaks in pressure fluids. In order to ensure that the separating bellows can move freely and there is no risk of damaging its corresponding working position during operation, the outer diameter of the bellows is selected to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the collector housing, and the bellows are guided by a guiding device of the closed member, thus at the tip of the bellows in the working position.
The gap of the bellows forms part of the medium space on the liquid side, and the operation guides the fluid pressure acting from the fluid interface, while the inside of the bellows guides the prefill pressure present in another medium space. During operation, the pressure balance between the liquid pressure acting in the gap and the pre-filled pressure prevents the bellows from being pressed against the inner wall of the housing and being damaged. However, this changes the operating state where there is no pressure on the fluid side or the liquid pressure drops below the prefill pressure. Due to the pressure present in its internal space, the clearance used as a guide in the absence of pressure or low pressure is pressed against the inner wall of the housing by the tip of its bellows, thus being damaged.
Technical elements of bellows accumulators
The bellows accumulator is prominent in improving operational safety, therefore, the bellows accumulator came into being, which comprises at least one accumulator housing and a removable bellows movablely arranged in the accumulator housing, wherein the separation bellows having a plurality of bellows folds, the two media spaces are separated from each other, and the separation bellows is fixed to the accumulator housing by the fixing device with its fixed opening end. And the separation bellows has a closed part at its other movable end, the closed member has a guiding device, the closed member is guided in the accumulator housing by means of a guide device, which is characterized in that, in addition to the guidance device, the closed member also has a sealing device, at least at one end position of the separation bellows the fluid space is separated from the fluid interface in the accumulator housing, and the bellows folded part is arranged in the fluid space in the accumulator housing, And at least in a portion of the other operating position is released at the fluid interface. Thus, when the fluid connection is released during operation, as long as the bellows are not in the pull-out position, and there is a pressure balance between the fluid space of the gap and the internal space of the bellows. When the hydraulic pump group of the motor fails or a power failure occurs, the bellows accumulator can continue to provide a certain flow of pressure oil to the hydraulic device, so that the actuators of the system can continue to complete the specified actions according to the requirements of the process (sequence).
