What are the inspections of special valves before they are put into the market?
During theproduction of special valves such as
high pressure special valves and before they are put into the market, relevant tests shall be carried out to ensure the quality of special valves. Through testing, we can find out the problems of special valves and eliminate products with poor quality. So, what are theinspections of special valvesbefore they are put into the market? What are the prospects? Next, let me give you a brief introduction.
Inspection before special valves are put into the market:
1. In the process of manufacturing
high precision spatial valves with unified specifications, relevant institutions shall be entrusted to carry out the following tests, including:
1) Opening and closing torque of valve under working pressure;
2) The continuous opening and closing times of the valve can be ensured under the working pressure;
3) Test the flow resistance coefficient of the valve under the condition of pipeline water delivery.
2. Special valves shall be tested as follows before delivery:
1) In the open state, the valve body shall withstand an internal pressure test twice the working pressure of the valve;
2) When the valve is closed, both sides bear 1.1 times the working pressure of the valve without leakage; However, the leakage value of metal sealed butterfly valve shall not exceed relevant requirements.
3. In addition to the above two points, the daily anti-corrosion work of special valves is also very important, including:
1) Inside and outside the valve body (including the gearbox), shot blasting, sand cleaning and rust removal shall be carried out first, and the powder non-toxic epoxy resin shall be electrostatically sprayed with a thickness of more than 0.3mm
2) The hygienic requirements of epoxy resin or paint used for anti-corrosion in the valve body shall be provided with the inspection report of the corresponding authority, and the chemical and physical properties shall also meet the relevant requirements.
3) All parts inside the valve body and the valve plate are required to be completely anti-corrosive. They will not corrode when immersed in water, and there will be no electrochemical corrosion between the two metals.
In addition to the above tests, in order to ensure that special valves are not damaged during transportation,we alsoneed to pay attention to:
1. Light baffles shall be set on both sides of the valve for sealing.
2. Medium and small diameter valves shall be bound with straw rope and transported in containers.
3.
Large diameter special valves are also packaged in simple and solid wooden frame to avoid collision and damage during transportation.
In industrial processes, special valves are mostly used to control the stroke and flow of various fluids, such as water, oil, chemical liquids, etc. Based on parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow. The special valve itself has the advantages of easy assembly, low failure rate and meeting the automation requirements of the industry. Simple installation can save other costs and make enterprises more competitive and vitality.
